An Abundant Salad

If you’re not afraid to toss together nontraditional salad items, try the following combination (use all organic) for a delicious blend of flavors and textures:

Mix lettuce leaves, Swiss chard, spinach, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, salted sesame seeds, dried cranberries, chopped walnut pieces, and grapefruit pulp.

Over your creative salad, drizzle a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced fresh garlic, mustard, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice (play with the amounts to get the flavor you like best).

It’s different and delicious!
